Quinn Houlahan
Quinn Houlahan is in her fifth season with Danceworks Boston. Dancing for as long as she can remember, she has studied Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Modern with exceptional teachers on the Seacoast. In 2014, she joined New England Dance Project, a competitive company focused on movement artistry, where she began choreographing for her peers.
She continued her dance career in college as a member of the DU Contemporary Team at Trinity College Dublin and at Columbia University, where she served as co-artistic director of Onyx Hip Hop Dance Troupe. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in European Studies (History, Sociology, French, and Italian) and from Columbia University with a degree in Political Science in 2023.
Quinn teaches Contemporary classes to students of all ages at Belletete Ballet Studio and choreographs for the studio’s competition team. When she’s not in the studio, she works in clinical trials for oncology research and can usually be found spending time with her family or chasing her puppy, Keith, around the house. She is beyond excited to share her love of dance and curiosity for movement with the DanceWorks community as a choreographer for Season 29!
