With mom as her dance teacher, rumor has it that Cassidy learned to dance before she learned to walk. Cassidy grew up in Auburn, MA and began her dance training at the Cathy Taylor School of Dance when she was two years old. Growing up, Cassidy was classically trained in ballet, jazz, tap, pointe, hip hop, lyrical, modern, and contemporary. Throughout her youth, Cassidy spent her weekends and summers at countless dance competitions and conventions across New England.

Cassidy continued performing at the College of the Holy Cross where she was a captain of the dance team and a choreographer of the Holy Cross Dance Ensemble. Cassidy earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and obtained her CPA license in 2018. She currently works in Boston as a technical accounting consultant at Connor Group.

This is Cassidy’s third season with DanceWorks Boston and her first season choreographing! Cassidy has found such an amazing community by joining DWB and is so grateful that this company has allowed her to continue her passion of dancing and performing, alongside incredible dancers and people.
