Caroline began dancing at the age of three at Dance Etc. School for Performing Arts in Newtown, Connecticut, where she trained in a wide range of dance styles and spent ten years as a member of the studio's competitive dance team. In high school, she served as captain of Newtown High School's dance team for two years, leading the team to back-to-back state championships.

She continued her dance journey at Loyola University Maryland as a member of the student-run Loyola University Dance Company (LUDC). During her two years on the executive board, Caroline combined her passion for dance with leadership while discovering her love of choreography. She created contemporary and tap pieces for LUDC showcases, ultimately finding her greatest artistic voice through tap.

Caroline earned a B.S. in Biology and Psychology and has since worked primarily in healthcare administration. Her current role as a Genetic Counseling Assistant at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center brought her to Boston last fall. She is grateful to have found the DanceWorks Boston community and is thrilled to bring her creative vision to life alongside such a talented group of dancers!
