Abby Husselbee started dancing at Karen Bernard School of Dance in Winchester, MA at age four. Growing up, she took classes in many styles of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, hip hop, lyrical, and modern. When she was in high school, Abby began choreographing for the Winchester Cooperative Theatre for Children, a job that she loved and continued throughout college. Abby attended Boston College, where she was a dancer, choreographer, and board member of the Dance Organization of Boston College and the undergraduate programming manager of the Arts Council. Abby is now an environmental lawyer and works as a postdoc legal fellow at the Harvard Law School Environmental & Energy Law Program. She is thrilled for her fourth season with DanceWorks Boston and her first season as a choreographer!
